Legal information
Terms & Conditions
Draft — subject to review by a lawyer/accountant before publication.
These terms govern the relationship between C&F Craft and any customer who places an order through the online store. By ticking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” at checkout you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Seller
The seller under these terms is [ИМЕ НА ФИРМАТА/ЕТ], company ID (ЕИК) [ЕИК], address [АДРЕС], email [ИМЕЙЛ], phone [ТЕЛЕФОН].
Products and prices
All prices in the store are in euros (EUR). [If the seller is VAT-registered: the prices shown include VAT. If the seller is not VAT-registered: no VAT is charged, under Art. 113(9) of the Bulgarian VAT Act.]
Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is agreed separately depending on the chosen courier and address. The seller may change prices; a change does not affect already confirmed orders.
Some items are made to order (personalized boxes with customer-chosen colors, text and logo, as well as items made to an individual project). Images and samples are indicative; minor differences in color and texture typical of 3D printing are possible. Special return rules apply to these personalized products — see the “Personalized products” section below.
Order and formation of the contract
- The customer selects products, adds them to the cart and fills in delivery details.
- The order is confirmed after a successful payment through Stripe.
- The contract between customer and seller is concluded when the customer receives the on-screen and email confirmation.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery and contact details entered.
Payment
Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe platform. The seller has no access to your card details. The order is processed after the payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the couriers Econt or Speedy, to an office or address chosen by the customer, throughout the entire European Union. Delivery times and costs, as well as return conditions, are described in the “Delivery & Returns” section.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the date on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the goods, under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП).
The right of withdrawal applies to standard (non-personalized) catalog products. For personalized and made-to-order products, the special rules in the “Personalized products” section below apply.
The conditions and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, including the standard withdrawal form, are described in the “Delivery & Returns” section.
Personalized products
Personalized and made-to-order products — the personalized boxes configured on the site and items made to an individual project — are produced to your order and to your personal specifications. The 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to them, under Art. 57(3) of the Consumer Protection Act. By ordering such an item you accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once production has begun.
Within the statutory period these products may be returned ONLY in case of a defect or non-conformity (a complaint). In that case the 2-year statutory guarantee under the ЗПЦСЦУ applies in full — including the right to repair, replacement or a refund for a justified complaint.
Standard (non-personalized) catalog products keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal described above.
Complaints and warranty
The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the 2-year statutory guarantee provided by the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods (ЗПЦСЦУ) and the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints are submitted in writing to [ИМЕЙЛ]. Describe the problem and attach photos and the order number so we can handle it quickly.
Online dispute resolution
For a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent supervisory authority in Bulgaria is the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC), www.kzp.bg.
Governing law and changes
Matters not covered here are governed by the applicable Bulgarian law. The seller may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page and applies to orders placed after its publication.
